Abstract

一种无线通信技术领域的实现负载均衡的功率控制方法,包括以下步骤:划分网络区域;判断用户此时所处的网络区域;进行接入网选择处理和承载模式调整处理;处于重叠区域的用户实时对非接入网络进行检测,当发现非接入网络是采用多播承载模式传输MBMS时且该网络的基站发射总功率小于接入网络的基站发射总功率时,进行网络切换和承载模式调制处理;当用户移动位置发生改变时,重新进行用户所处网络区域判断;当用户此时接入的网络不满足用户的QoS要求时,重新进行接入网选择处理和承载模式调整处理,当满足时,处于重叠网络服务区域的用户进行相应调整。本发明在用户较多的情况下,充分利用无线及网络资源,大大降低了网络的功率消耗。
The invention provides a power control method for realizing load balance, belonging to the technical field of wireless communication. The method comprises the following steps of: dividing internet areas; judging the internet area in which a user is placed at this moment; performing access network section and bearing mode adjustment; immediately detecting a non access network by the user who is placed in an overlapped area, and performing network switch and bearing mode adjustment when the non access network transmits MBMS through a multi-broadcast bearing mode and when the base station transmission gross power of the network is less than the base station transmission gross power of the access network; re-judging the internet area in which a user is placed when the movement position of theuser is changed; re-performing the network switch and the bearing mode adjustment when the access network of the user can not meet the requirement of the QoS of the user, and correspondingly adjusting the user who is placed in the overlapped network service area when the access network of the user can meet the requirement of the QoS of the user. Under the condition that the user is more, the method makes full use of wireless resource and network resource, thereby greatly reducing the power consumption of the network.
