Abstract

The invention relates to a cardiopulmonary resuscitator, in particular to a cardiopulmonary resuscitator capable of stimulating abdominal respiration, comprising a micro control unit (MCU), a first pressing unit and a second pressing unit, wherein the first pressing unit comprises a first motor driving circuit, a first motor, a first connecting rod and a first pressing head; the MCU outputs a first control signal to the first motor driving circuit; based on the first control signal, the first motor driving circuit drives the first motor to rotate in order to drive the first connecting rod andthe first pressing head connected at the tail end of the first connecting rod to move in a reciprocating manner so as to press the breast of a patient; the second pressing unit comprises a second motor driving circuit, a second motor, a second connecting rod and a second pressing head, and the MCU outputs a second control signal to the second motor driving circuit; based on the second control signal, the second motor driving circuit drives the second motor to rotate to drive the second connecting rod and the second pressing head connected at the end part of the second connecting rod to move in a reciprocating manner so as to press the belly of the patient; the second pressing head is detachably attached at the abdomen of the patient; the first and second pressing units work asynchronouslyand collaboratively; when the first pressing head of the first pressing unit executes the pressing operation, the second pressing head of the second pressing unit executes the lifting operation; and when the first pressing head of the first pressing unit executes the lifting operation, the second pressing head of the second pressing unit executes the pressing operation. As the patient is stimulated to perform abdominal respiration while the breast is pressed, the cardiopulmonary resuscitator can be used for effectively improving the respiratory effect and increasing the treatment efficiency.
本发明涉及一种心肺复苏器,尤其涉及一种能刺激腹式呼吸的心肺复苏器,其包括MCU和第一按压单元,第一按压单元包括第一电机驱动电路、第一电机、第一连杆以及第一按压头;MCU向第一电机驱动电路输出第一控制信号,根据该第一控制信号,第一电机驱动电路驱动第一电机转动,带动第一连杆以及连接于第一连杆末端的第一按压头往复运动,按压患者胸部;所述心肺复苏器进一步包括第二按压单元,第二按压单元包括第二电机驱动电路、第二电机、第二连杆以及第二按压头;其中MCU向第二电机驱动电路输出第二控制信号,根据该第二控制信号,第二电机驱动电路驱动第二电机转动,带动第二连杆以及连接于第二连杆端部的第二按压头作往复运动,按压患者的腹部;其中所述第二按压头是可拆卸地附着于患者的腹部;第一按压单元与第二按压单元异步协同工作,当第一按压单元的第一按压头执行下压操作时第二按压单元的第二按压头执行提升操作,当第一按压单元的第一按压头执行提升操作时第二按压单元的第二按压头执行按压操作。由于可以在按压胸部的同时刺激患者进行腹式呼吸,所以本心肺复苏器可以有效地提高呼吸效果,提高救治效率。
