Abstract

本实用新型提出了一种髋臼假体以及髋关节假体,髋臼假体包括杯体,其呈半球形且内部具有半球形容置空间并形成一与其连通的圆形的开口,半球形容置空间的球心与半球形杯体的球心重合,界定容置空间的杯体的半球形内壁上开设有导引孔,导引孔的中心线与杯体的中心线呈一倾斜角度。本实用新型实现了对髋臼假体磨损方向的控制。医生在植入手术中,能够依靠导引孔的定位,纠正手术时假体植入方向上的偏差。保持髋臼和球头的球心重合,保持稳态润滑状态,有效降低摩擦系数。此外,导引孔使股骨球头相对髋臼的位置下沉,减小髋臼和球头的间隙,并且通过球头和假体的定向磨损重建一个最佳配合间隙,从而弥补髋臼假体及球头的间隙过大的不足。

The acetabular prosthesis comprises a cup body, wherein the cup body is hemispherical and provided with a hemispherical accommodating space in the inside, a round opening communicated with the cup body is formed, the sphere center of the hemispherical accommodating space coincides with the sphere center of the hemispherical cup body, the hemispherical inner wall of the cup body defining the accommodating space is provided with a guide hole, and a central line of the guide hole and a central line of the cup body form an inclination angle. The abrasion direction control of the acetabular prosthesis is achieved. When a doctor performs an implanting operation, the doctor can correct deviation in the prosthesis implanting direction by means of positioning of the guide hole during operation. The acetabulum and the sphere center of a ball are kept in a coinciding mode, a stable lubricating state is kept, and the friction coefficient is effectively reduced. In addition, the guide hole enables the thighbone ball to sink relative to the acetabulum position, a gap between the acetabulum and the ball is decreased, an optimal matching gap is re-established through oriented abrasion of the ball and the prosthesis, and accordingly the shortcoming of an overlarge gap between the acetabular prosthesis and the ball is overcome.
