本实用新型涉及一种进料装置,包括M×N个呈阵列状分布的中空的盛料斗,所述盛料斗的上部为斗面,所述盛料斗的下部为斗筒,还包括底板和N块抽板,在所述底板上开设有M×N个进料口,所述M×N个盛料斗一一对应地放置在所述M×N个进料口内,所述底板沿着纵向上对应N列所述盛料斗开设有贯穿所述底板的N个贯穿插孔,所述N块抽板一一对应地插入所述N个贯穿插孔中。本实用新型的有益效果是:同时一次性的给所有模具型腔内加入混合料,极大地节约了时间,提高生产效率。同时使产品的稳定性更加可靠,减少浪费降低成本,使生产的过程更加环保,减少扬尘对员工身心健康的损害。

The feeding device has the advantages that mixed materials are added in all the mold cavities at a time, time is greatly saved, and production efficiency is improved; stability of products can be more reliable, waste is reduced, the cost is reduced, the production process is more friendly to the environment, and damage to physical and mental health of personnel caused by flying dust is reduced.
