本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,包括一绝缘本体,多个第一导电体、多个第二导电体和多个液态导电体以及多个绝缘弹性体,所述绝缘本体开设有多个收容槽,由于收容所述液态导电体的收容腔由所述第一导电体与对应的所述收容槽配合共同组成,而非单独由所述第一导电体凹设而成,故可以缩小所述第一导电体的体积,所述绝缘弹性体固设所述第二导电体并密封所述收容槽,可防止所述液态导电体泄露和氧化,所述第二导电体具有一第二延伸部延伸入所述收容腔,通过所述液态导电体与所述第一导电体电性导接,多个所述绝缘弹性体一体成型,可以简化制程和组装。
The utility model discloses an electrical connector comprising an insulating body, a plurality of first conductors, a plurality of second conductors, a plurality of liquid conductors and a plurality of insulating elastic bodies. The insulating body is provided with a plurality of accommodating grooves. As accommodating cavities for accommodating the liquid conductors are jointly formed by the first conductors and the corresponding accommodating grooves instead of being formed only by concavely arranging the first conductors, the sizes of the first conductors can be reduced. The insulating elastic bodies are fixedly arranged on the second conductors and seal the accommodating grooves, which can prevent the liquid conductors from leakage and oxidation. The second conductors have second extension parts extending into the accommodating cavities. The insulating elastic bodies are integrally molded through electrical connection between the liquid conductors and the first conductors, which can simplify the process and assembly.
